Faye Gregory-Yuppa brings more than twenty years of progressive business development and operations leadership to the firm. Her focus is to bring value to Graham-Pelton clients through clear communications and smooth operations. Faye works closely with our executive team to create programs that attract new clients and provide services that adapt to the needs of each of our clients, enabling them to fulfill their missions.
In addition to corporate visibility and brand quality, Operations team members are responsible for our Client Relationship Management Systems designed to continuously improve services for our clients. These teams create integrated communications programs, develop new media initiatives, launch new services, implement technology innovations, streamline reporting, and oversee internal policy, procedures and standards.
Prior to joining Graham-Pelton, Faye developed strategy and vigorous marketing to achieve $200 million in revenue for the professional services consulting division of a public company serving Fortune 500 clients.
In another role as top executive for a Blue Cross subsidiary, she led the services company with two divisions from start-up to regional market leader. Faye was responsible for all aspects of the business, including marketing, sales, R & D, strategic planning, product development, client relations, finance, and administration.
She has implemented the "I-Power" program for innovation, served ten years on the advisory board of the New Jersey Technology Council, and has served as a judge for the IRIS awards recognizing communications excellence by the NJ International Association of Business Communicators.
Faye is a graduate of Sinclair College. She has also done course work at the University of Louisville.
