As the Strategic Operations Specialist for Graham-Pelton Consulting, Phoebe provides oversight and support for centralized operations that serve all divisions of Graham-Pelton. Phoebe also assists President Elizabeth Zeigler’s executive management and counsel to select client engagements.
Prior to joining Graham-Pelton, Phoebe held a Fellowship at the Cornell Institute for Public Affairs at Cornell University. As a Fellow, Phoebe supported the work of the United Nations in Rome, Italy; Cornell Cooperative Exchange; Cornell EcoAgriculture Partnership; and the California Coalition for Clean Air. Phoebe also served as the Food Systems Coordinator at Shelburne Farms, and on the Executive Committee of the Vermont Fresh Network Board of Directors.
An English/Creative Writing graduate of Colorado College, Phoebe also holds a master’s degree in Public Affairs from Cornell University.
